To guarantee anonymity, data will be saved only temporarily, which also means that you need to answer all questions in one go. At the end you can chose to share the statistical part of the assessment anonymously. In exchange you will get a benchmark profile which enables you to compare your data to the data of all other Europe-wide participating persons.
The Stress Factor Assessment is an outcome of the EU Research project IMPRESS.
The SSTeMM stress self-assessment tool facilitates student nurses and nurses in general to assess their levels of personal stress over a range of work related areas. Completing the survey tool provides the users with their own personal stress profile, which is compared against a general stress profile based on accumulated answers and stress profiles of people who have previously completed the survey. As such it allows to place the own stress level within a wider context and thereby gives perspective.
