Fundamental Concepts Assessment is based on the EFQM Fundamental Concepts of Excellence and allows a short and fast assessment of your organisation, including the definition of the next steps to improve performance. You can do so alone, or in a in a team of up to eight people. The tool has been developed with the agreement of EFQM and uses original texts provided by this organisation.
Personal Excellence Assessment is a research prototype the EFQM Excellence Model into a tool to analyse your Personal Excellence with a view on work/life balance.
