Whilst the training is a direct service of EuroBEN, the coaching is done by our members on an individual basis. EuroBEN acts as a clearing house to help you find a coach and to monitor and confirm the professional quality and performance of the recommended coach.
In the context of Business Excellence, we carefully ensure that our experts act as coaches and not as consultants. A coach helps a client to find and implement his own solution based on his own expertise and capabilities, whilst a consultant works mostly on an operational level and implements at the client's site a pre-developed solution.
You may find also consulting services offered by some of our members in the context of the more technical solutions that support the concepts of Business Excellence. The core task of EuroBEN rests with facilitating the clients’ efforts to find excellence solutions that can be established and sustained with internal resources.
