Introduction to Excellence

Objective:

End user has defined a first set of “Strengths” and “Areas for Improvements” on his own organisation and understands how to develop from this a route map for future organisational improvement.

Content:

A 2 days training on the basics of self-assessment with quick overview on relevant Excellence approaches like CAF, EFQM or EQARF and with focus on meeting relevant national requirements whilst working on self-assessment as a starting point for a continuous improvement process (CIP).
Using GOA-Web for one real time internal assessment.
Having optionally a ½ day Coaching to review outcomes from self-assessment and agree on the improvement programme.

Prerequisites:

Having some management experience
Having attended course "GOA-Solutions Basic Introduction" and/or studying SAETO-CBTs before entering the face-to-face training
Completing self-assessment before results discussion with SAETO Support Partner
