IBK MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS GMBH has been founded in 2001 as a joint Spin-Off of „IBK - Institut für Betriebsanalyse und Kommunikationsforschung“ and „IBK-System- und Softwarehaus GmbH“, with the goal of transferring he know-how of those two organisations gained in numerous consulting and international research projects into commercial software products. The main product line resulting from this is the GOA-WorkBench®, a scalable and sector adaptable solution for assessment and survey based management methods with a special focus on the EFQM Excellence Model.
